  • Leasing out a horse farm?

We are moving and trying to sell our old farm, but it doesn't seem to have much interest. It's high and dry, which is a bad thing, in many cases, but thirty years from now, it might be waterfront, lol! So, if we hold onto it and lease it out, what sort of lease restrictions do you guys recommend? There are three horse stalls, but maybe one should be used as hay storage. I was thinking two horses for personal use only. No boarding or taking horses for training. One dog and one cat for the house. No reptiles, fish, or small animals. We'll need to check with our home owners insurance.
Does working cattle count as playing with your food?
