Barn has 12x12 stalls w/ water & fan, concrete center aisle, wash racks, sink, washer, dryer, & fridge. Grounds feature xtra large, shaded, grassy paddocks, RV sites w/ power & water, picnic table, & fire-pit. Gated access into Goethe State Forest, which boasts hundreds of miles of trails. Require a current coggins, Strangles vaccine w/in the last year, & Rhino Flu vaccine w/in the last 3 mos.
